1w Dart Match helps darts players and tournament organisers create brackets, track live scores, and review player statistics — all without an internet connection. This Privacy Policy explains how 1w Dart Match developed by MG Filmes ("we," "our," or "us") handles your information when you use the 1w Dart Match mobile application ("the App") and the companion website at darts2250.com ("the Website").
All tournament data, player profiles, match history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts or cloud-sync services. Information transmitted over the network is sent using HTTPS where possible, although some connections may use unencrypted HTTP.
When you first open the App, a handful of technical details are collected automatically so things run smoothly:
Anonymous Identifier. The App generates a random, anonymous identifier on your device. This identifier does not reveal your name, email, or any personal details — it simply lets us distinguish one installation from another when analysing usage patterns. It persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
Device Language. The App reads your device's language and region setting so it can display content in the right language.
Google Advertising ID. Your device's advertising identifier is collected for attribution purposes — it helps us understand how users discover the App (for example, through a particular ad or an organic search). You can reset this identifier or opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your Android Settings under Google > Ads.
Attribution Data. We collect information about where and how you installed the App (such as the installation source, marketing campaign name, and referrer). This data is used together with the advertising identifier to measure the effectiveness of our outreach and is shared with our attribution partner, AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer also collects its own installation identifier and additional device data (such as IP address, device model, and operating system version) as part of its standard operation. You can learn more in AppsFlyer's Privacy Policy.
The App includes a built-in browser that is used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as part of standard browser behaviour. It does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in this section. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.
All of your tournament brackets, match scores, player profiles, statistics, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using an on-device database and local preferences storage. None of this data is transmitted to our servers. You can export your data as a JSON file, generate sample data, or clear all stored data at any time through the App's Settings screen.
The App's Support page lets you send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
We do not sell your personal information. The only third-party service that receives data from the App is AppsFlyer, our mobile attribution partner. AppsFlyer receives your advertising identifier, anonymous installation identifier, and attribution data so we can understand how users find the App. AppsFlyer processes this data under its own privacy policy, linked above.
You are in control of the data the App handles. Here is what you can do:
Your tournament data, player profiles, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. The anonymous identifier persists until you clear the App's data. Cookies set by websites in the built-in browser follow standard browser expiration rules and can be cleared along with the rest of the App's data. Attribution data held by AppsFlyer is retained according to AppsFlyer's data retention policies. The Google Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services and can be reset at any time in your device settings.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page and within the App. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when the most recent changes took effect.
