These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1w Dart Match mobile application ("the App") provided by 1w Dart Match developed by MG Filmes ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App is a darts tournament management tool that allows users to create and manage tournaments, track scores in real time, and analyze player performance statistics. The App operates primarily offline and stores data locally on your device.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The App stores tournament data, player profiles, and settings locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, App uninstallation, or any other cause.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of 1w Dart Match developed by MG Filmes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1w Dart Match developed by MG Filmes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
We may update or modify the App from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
